Prices

The prices stated by Studio Lotte Swart are generally in euros (€) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us. We reserve the right to make changes to offers at any time.

Payment

It is possible to purchase (digital) products via the Studio Lotte Swart webshop. Payment is made using the methods indicated in the webshop. Payment is required in advance, unless otherwise stated or if not possible.

An order will only be shipped once the payment has been confirmed via the methods provided on the website or indicated by Studio Lotte Swart.

Shipping costs and delivery method

All products are carefully packed and shipped. Parcels are sent with track & trace. Shipping costs are clearly communicated at checkout.

I do my very best to package all products securely. Unfortunately, it can happen that something is damaged during shipping or that a shipment does not arrive. Please notify me as soon as possible so we can resolve this together.

Delivery

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery is made to the address provided by you.

Orders are usually handed over to the postal service within 2–5 working days. Studio Lotte Swart is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control. If this timeframe is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible.

In exceptional cases where an order cannot be delivered within this timeframe, a maximum delivery period of 30 days applies. If this maximum is exceeded, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge, unless you agree to a longer delivery time.

We carefully monitor our online assortment. However, we depend on multiple factors for delivery. In rare cases, it may happen that an item is no longer in stock or does not meet our quality standards during order processing. In this case, the purchase amount of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded.

Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order via: lotte@studiodifferentmatter.com

Refunds apply only to returned goods. All returned items must be unused and complete with original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged to guarantee safe transport. All returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
