Shipping

Orders are usually handed over to the postal service within 2–5 working days. All products are carefully packed with as little plastic as possible and shipped with care. Parcels are sent with track & trace. Shipping costs are clearly communicated at checkout.

I do my very best to package all products securely. Unfortunately, it can happen that something gets damaged during shipping or does not arrive. If this happens, please let me know as soon as possible so we can solve it together.

Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order via: studio@lotteswart.nl

Refunds apply only to returned goods. All returned items must be unused and complete with their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Please make sure all returned items are securely packaged to ensure safe transport. All returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipment.
